Meri Meri has collaborated with renowned New York–based artist and designer John Derian on a spring collection infused with seasonal charm and refined details, designed to bring an artful touch to grown-up gatherings.
Bring the beauty of a flowering garden to your table with these large paper placemats. Featuring a painterly pink rose with open petals, a detailed centre and soft green leaves, they make an elegant statement for special occasions. Perfect for layering with coordinating plates and napkins, they can also be placed beneath table centrepieces for extra impact. Use them to create a memorable setting for garden parties, bridal showers and birthday celebrations.
Founded in 1989, the John Derian Company is celebrated for its handcrafted decoupage, created by artisans in its New York City studios. Derian began his career with a small collection of handmade plates, building a practice that blends historical illustration with a modern, whimsical sensibility.
Derian's work has since expanded to collaborations with international brands across stationery, ceramics and furniture, and is sold at his Manhattan stores and select boutiques worldwide. The John Derian Picture Book, published in 2016, became a New York Times bestseller, followed by Picture Book II.
